At Hollyhock Boutique Cakes, I aim to make every cake as unique as the people celebrating.

I have always been the “go-to” person for family and friends in need of a celebration cake.  Taking my inspiration from specialist recipe books and the world around me, I have never been afraid to experiment with recipes and, over time, my designs and flavours became more sophisticated. 

Despite gaining a degree in Nutrition and Psychology in Liverpool, my love of baking prevailed and I then undertook training at both Faircake and the Rosalind Miller Cake Schools in London. I have since been building my portfolio of delicious and decorative cakes. 

I supply bespoke wedding and celebration cakes across the North West. I am fully registered with the local council and have completed Level 2 - Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering. Whether you are looking for something traditional or contemporary, I use the best ingredients and modern decorating techniques to bring your unique design to life. I take pride in attention to detail and every cake receives the utmost care, no matter what the budget. I will guide you through the entire process from the initial consultation and tasting, to delivery and set up at your chosen venue. You can be sure that both you and your cake are in safe hands.
